Petraus Falls On His Sword

Famed General and Short-Lived CIA Spy master David Petraus Gives America the sex scandal many had been hoping for:

I'm thinking maybe this guy's reputation as a deep thinker might have been a little bit overblown, at least when it comes to handling security on the Internet. (There is none, by the way.)

  1. It seems odd to me that this comes to light now right before he is to testify on the Benghazi incident. I guess maybe I am suspicious of everything with the government these days.

Then I must be doing something righ because these days I'm so suspicious of governments, multinationals, the IMF, banks, politicians, in fact just about any and every one in any position of authority. It really does seem as if no one in any of these organisations can be trusted any more. we live in sad and scary times.

    1. There are often sad and scary, but then I remember we have people working to talk truth to power and speak up for what is right, and that inspires me that things might--perhaps accidentally--be better in the future. :-)
