Doug and Shirley singing 1/12/08

This was a little duet Shirley and I did a couple months back, courtesy of a MAC computer. I don't know if it will get us a record contract, but we had fun doing it. The second song we got from the title track to "Sleepless in Seattle".

  1. Awww what a lovely couple you are, that was an unexpected pleasure for my afternoon coffee break from weeding. I reckon it would go gold!!

    Nice to meet you both.

  2. Thank you Iriani. I forget how considerable the time difference is between the western USA and New Zealand. It's eight at night here and if I did any weeding I'd need a miner's hat.

  3. Its about ten minutes to four on a superb Autumn day, (Easter Monday) I think you are about 22 or 23 hours behind us. Thanks for a nice time anyhow, I first got to see you and Shirley, that was grand, (please say hi to Shirley from me), and then got to see Tom and Jerry in Kurdish. Social networking is a grand thing. Now I am back out to the garden.

  6. Twenty hours even. That piece of arithmetic above was apalling even for me, I went out into the garden and I realised and was so horrified hehehehe.

  9. Good stuff Doug - on the first song you seemed to run out of lyrics too early, but the piece from Sleepless was flawless.
